The CCC's medications are locked in a hallway cabinet which is inaccessible to children and can only be opened by a key.
The CCC provides the children two snacks (mid-morning and mid day) as well as lunch. LPA reviewed posted menus in the CCC's hallway which notes the snacks and lunches served on site. Near the posted menus, LPA observed licensing required forms and documents posted. Sign In/Out forms were reviewed by the LPA and found to be completed appropriately.
The CCC's outdoor play area is enclosed by chain linked fencing and the fence’s entry/exit gates are secured. The play area is comprised of a sand box area, a grass lawn, a black top and a planter area. LPA observed age appropriate toys/play equipment in the play areas. The toys/play equipment are free of sharp, loose or pointed objects. The play structures in the outdoor play areas have adequate cushioning materials
