| Also every parent who was interviewed stated, they have observed multiple staff providing care and supervision to children during drop off. Additionally every parent stated they are unsure of the staff who children ratio during pick up due parents having to wait by the gate.
LPA conducted Director and staff interview. Director and staff stated, they have not observed this facility out of ratio. Also Director and staff stated, they take steps to ensure there are enough staff to provide care in supervision to children as outlined in Title 22 CCR(see LIC812). Furthermore every staff interviewed stated they utilize radios to communicate and to ensure there is enough staff with in proper ratios as outlined in Title 22 CCR.
LPA reviewed 56 days of children sign in and out forms as well as staff schedules. From the 56 day review LPA could did not identify any day where the facility was not in compliance with proper staff to children ratios as outlined in Title 22 CCR.
LPA reviewed staff qualifications. From the review, LPA verified, the staff at the facility are fully qualified. Also every staff who had their qualifications reviewed, has a active AB1207 certificate.
Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
Exit Interview conducted and report was reviewed with Owner/Director Caceres and school administrator Maria Johansson.
Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted in a prominently public area for 30 days.
