On January 8, 2024, at 10:45 AM, Licensing Program Analyst Gigi Reyes conducted an unannounced Required three (3) year inspection at above Family Child Care Home (FCCH). LPA met with Licensee, Ana Maria Santiago and 2 assistants. LPA explained the purpose of the inspection.

During the inspection, LPA and Assistant, Gemma Munoz toured the interior and exterior of the home. LPA observed 11 children present under the care of licensee and 2 assistants. The required licensing forms were posted at the wall. The FCCH utilizes the rear section of the home for day care purposes with a separate entry located on the left side of the home. FCCH was observed to be in order and free of hazardous items. The bathroom used by day care children is clean and toxin free.

The backyard area is enclosed with wooden fence and steel fences, the surface is clean and is free of any potential hazards. There is a spacious patio cover in place offering a comfortable outdoor space. LPA observed appropriate toys, crib, cots and equipment. There are no bodies of water observed.
