On January 12th, 2023, at 9:30AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Rosie Breault conducted an unannounced Case Management COVID - 19 inspection and met with director Yukiko Irie. LPA informed the purpose for the inspection and completed a COVID-19 pre-screening question prior to the commencement of the inspection and no Covid present on site. Director gave LPA a tour of the facility inside and out. At the time of the inspection there were seventeen (17) children, and six (6) teachers present.

This inspection is a follow-up on a COVID-19 outbreak reported by facility staff to Community Care Licensing (CCL) on 2/17/2022.

Upon entry to facility, LPA observed hand sanitizer, complimentary masks, informational signs, document requesting to wash hands, and an air filter. Per director, parents / authorized representatives complete a wellness check prior to child drop off via the ProCare App. Parents are to advise facility of any Covid related symptoms child may exhibit. Staff monitor children throughout the day for any potential symptoms, and facility offers an isolation area should a child show signs of illness. The facility currently utilizes three (3) classrooms for the preschool program. Each classroom has hand sanitizer pumps available for use and inaccessible to children, safety signs, air purifiers, ample ventilation, and hand washing stations. Children’s restrooms were observed to be tidy with ample soap and paper towels. LPA observed cubbies for children’s belongings, which are separate from one another. The facility offers filtered water and children bring their own water bottles and are individually labeled. The outdoor play yard provides hand washing sinks for children, and disinfectant solution is inaccessible to children. The facility provides a janitorial service that sanitizes and cleans the entirety of the facility every evening. Per director, no further Covid outbreaks have occurred since 12/20/2022.
