On November 13 2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above-mentioned Child Care Center (CCC) to close a complaint investigation. LPA met with Director Terese Munoz-Hill and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of inspection 53 children were present.

The Department received 1 allegation that staff do not provide day care child's parent with information regarding child. Parent interviews did not corroborate the allegation that staff do not provide parents with information regarding their children. Based on the information obtained, a preponderance of evidence could not be established to support the above-mentioned allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore the allegation is deemed unsubstantiated.

Notice of site visit was given. Exit interview was conducted with Director Terese Munoz-Hill.
