Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department. The following Type B deficiency is cited according to CCR, Title 22, Division 12, on 809d in regards to AB 1207 Child Abuse Mandated Reporter Training for staff #2 and #4. Appeal Rights were provided. An exit interview was conducted with the Director and a plan of correction was developed.
Prior to the increase of capacity the following will need to be completed:
1. Fire Clearance granted and reviewed by the Department.
