On 12/8/21, at 9:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elvin Baddley conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection to clear a Plan of Correction with regard to substantiated complaint allegations pertaining to Personal Rights and the Operation of a Family Child Care Home (FCCH). LPA met with Licensee Ashley Ward and advised her of the purpose of the inspection. LPA toured the interior and exterior of the FCCH with the Licensee. It should be noted LPA observed three children on site along with an Assistant.

LPA discussed Plan of Corrections with the Licensee. LPA notes Licensee provided written plans of correction to CCLD on 11/16/21. LPA notes children in care are outfitted appropriately with diapers and the Licensee is on site

LPA observed no deficiencies during the inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
