The Infants have LIC 9227 , Individual Sleeping Plan signed by the authorized representative as well as Infants Needs and Services which are updated in a quarterly basis. It was observed that Staff physically check sleeping infants every 15 minutes and document the observation.
Staff records were reviewed and contained a health assessment. CPR and First Aid expires on 3/3/2023. Staff have taken Mandated Reporter Training per AB 1207. Director noted no firearms or ammunition is stored on site.
The LPA discussed to continue implementing the COVID 19 Mitigation Plan and the Effects of Lead Exposure with the Director. Director will be providing literature to the parents of children in care.
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. When any IMS is provided, an updated Plan of Operation that includes IMS must be submitted to the Department.
