25 | On August 23, 2022 at 10:48 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Francisco Pedroza conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPA met with Director of Instructional Services Kim Bruzzese and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided LPA a tour of the facility inside and out. There were no children in care at the time of the inspection.
The facility submitted an application for an increase in capacity from 24 to 48 children on August 3, 2022 to Community Care Licensing (CCL). CCL submitted a fire clearance request to Santa Barbara County Fire Department (SBCFD) on August 3, 2022. On August 19, 2022 SBCFD granted the facility an approved capacity for 48 children. The facility has enough restrooms for the capacity of children requested.
The center meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements.
Effective today, August 23, 2022 facility is approved for a capacity of 48 children.
