32 | LPAs reviewed sign- in and sign-out via brightwheel application. LPAs note, all children present during today’s inspection were signed in with children's arrival and departures along with the authorized representative signature.
LPAs and Director toured the outdoor yard for the infants. LPAs observed the infant outdoor yard is enclosed by fencing. LPAs observed age-appropriate toys/play equipment in the play area. The toys/play equipment are free of sharp, loose or pointed objects. The outdoor play area also has ample shade created by trees and building overhangs. Filtered water is accessible to children by means of individual water bottles.
Staff and children records were reviewed. The children’s records were complete and found to contain emergency contact information, immunization records as well as other required licensing forms. All infant's files had Individualized Infant Sleep Plan and 15 minute sleep chart. Staff records were reviewed and current. Director was informed to keep training certifications current and renew certifications prior to expirations.

For child care center licenses issued after July 1, 2022, the licensee shall test their water for lead within 180 days of licensure pursuant to Written Directives section 101700 (PIN 21-21.1-CCP). LPA verified that the lead testing was completed in accordance to the Written Directives outlined in PIN 21-21.1-CCP. CONT 809-C
