On 1/28/2022, Licensing Program Analyst Gigi Reyes conducted an unannounced Case Management to deliver the Facility Evaluation Report conducted on 1/27/2022. There were 7 day care children and 2 staff present.

During the inspection, LPA read the report and obtained Licensee's signature. LPA likewise conducted a Technical Assistance to Licensee with regards to record keeping of children's files.

During today's Visit, no deficiency was cited.
