25 | On 04/11/2022 at 12:00 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisca Velazquez and Francisco Pedroza conducted an announced continuation pre-licensing inspection. LPAs met with Applicant, Laura Alapizco and informed her of the purpose of this inspection.
LPA Velazquez conducted a pre-licensing inspection on Friday 04/08/22. License was not granted due to the Applicant not having the home set up. On Friday 04/08/22 there was no home furniture observed and no day-care furniture observed. Per Applicant, all home and day-care furniture will be moved over the weekend.
On Sunday 04/10/22, Applicant informed LPA Velazquez that the home was set up and ready for inspection.
On 04/11/2022, LPAs observed home furniture and day-care equipment in the home. All areas identified as off-limits were made inaccessible by means of gates/fences. LPA observed fire-place has safety lock and is inaccessible to children. All bedrooms were observed to be locked and made inaccessible by means of a gate. In the outdoors, LPAs observed outdoor equipment for the children in care. LPAs also observed that tarps have been added in the outdoor yard to provide shade for the children in care.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Applicant, Laura Alapizco. The home does meet Title 22 Division 12 requirements of a large FCCH license. Effective date of Large FCCH license is today 04/11/2022. |
