The kitchen has two refrigerators (one is assigned to the preschool and one to the church) with a temperature of 45 degrees or less. Director Sanyoo states that there are no weapons or firearms on the premises. There is at least one functioning carbon monoxide detector at the facility. Cleaning supplies are inaccessible to the children. All medications are stored in the director's office. All medications were observed. The medications are labeled with the children's names and there is no expired medication.
The playground area is surrounded with appropriate fencing. Shade is provided by multiple trees, two (2) medium canopies and building overhangs, etc. Drinking water outdoor is via reusable cups, water pitchers and a water fountain. LPA reviewed five children's files. Each child's file reviewed contains the Information and Emergency Information form (LIC 700) singed admission agreements and the additional required documentation.
