 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anna Morales conducted a Case Management visit in response to an Unusual incident that was self reported by the facility to Licensing on 3/11/25. LPA met with Director Yarelle Martinez and Program Specialist, Trisha Darel, and explained the purpose for the visit.


During the course of the investigation, LPA reviewed supporting documentation, interviewed staff, and observed preschool classroom(s).

No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
