A sampling of children's files was selected for review. LPA reviewed the signed LIC 9224 for the 02/23/2022 visit. A sampling of Staff files was selected for review. LPA reminded the Director that only the Influenza vaccination can be decline with a written declination LPA also reminded the Director that AB 1207 has a 2-year renewal requirement. Most of the Staff member has a current CPR and First Aid Training Certificate.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. Director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
LPA discussed the Guardian User Information, PIN 21-21-CCP and PIN 22-10-CCP. LPA obtained copies of the facility's Children Roster, Staff Roster and IMS plan. There are no deficiencies cited on this visit.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
