32 | Complainant alleges that Staff inappropriately touched day-care child by tickling the child in the private areas during nap time LPA obtained information from the interviews that were conducted with the Program Director, teachers, parents, and other parties involved. LPA, also, reviewed supporting documentation, which included the Facility Roster, police report, classroom assignment and the sign in and sign out sheet. LPA, also, toured the day care during a video call with Licensee.
Based on the information obtained, although the allegation that Staff inappropriately touched day-care child may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED.
