Present were licensee, assistant Graciela, adult daughter Cindy Vega Cardoza who is one of her assistants and 11 day care children including three infants. Days and hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. The adults that reside in the home are licensee and her husband.
