13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deanna Villagrana met with licensee Yolanda Sullivan to open a complaint for the above allegation. Present were licensee, teacher Lipsa Rath, teacher Casie Piccardo, a parent volunteer Ana Toro and her three children in room2 and five day care children in room 4.
LPA inteviewed Yolanda regarding face mask. Yolanda stated she believed because they are a private school, mask were not required. She stated the children do not wear mask and it is not enforced. Based on LPA's observation and interview which was conducted during the visit, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.
