On 10/23/19 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Monica Mathur and Dung Mac conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction Inspection (POC) at Kindercare Learning Center's preschool program. LPAs met with Director, Lynda Nguyen and explained the purpose of today's inspection.

On 08/15/19 during an Annual/Random inspection, the facility was issued citations for:
Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment & Supplies - damaged toilet flooring
General Sanitation - dirty rugs

During today's inspection, LPAs observed restroom toilet floors were replaced and deep cleaned. All rugs were deep cleaned and in good condition. Director stated she has put in a work order to replace the rugs. Citations were cleared and Letter of Clearance was given to the Director.

No deficiencies were cited today. This report was discussed with the Director.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, AND MUST BE POSTED ON OR ADJACENT TO THE INTERIOR SIDE OF THE MAIN DOOR INTO THE FACILITY FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
