On Thursday, January 20, 2022 10:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Manel Estoesta conducted an unannounced subsequent complaint investigation. LPA met with the Director Farahnaz Hashemi Tehrany and explained the purpose of the visit. Present on this visit were 25 infants and 8 staff.
The findings for the above allegations were delivered during the visit.
During investigation, the department completed a physical plant inspection, reviewed facility records and documentation, and conducted interviews. LPA interviewed the parents (clients) and determined that there is no concern on facility’s diapering, potty training and personal items management. Facility staff interviews did not support the above allegation.
Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the above allegations are unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the above allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted with Director Farahnaz Hashemi Tehrany.
