Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mel Matos and Ashley Lopez met with Ninveh Khoshabian, center manager, and Michelle Bueno, teacher/director in training, for an unannounced Required - 1 year inspection. LPAs note that the Facility is located on the campus of Parkview Elementary School in Portables 1 & 2.

Ninveh states that the preschool program has not been in operation since 2019; however the Facility wishes to keep its license active in case there is a demand for enrollment of preschool children for the Fall 2023 session. Hours of operation for the preschool would be Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM during the calendar school year for the Oak Grove School District. Michelle that the preschool program is closed during school breaks.

LPAs toured the indoor/outdoor areas of the Facility during today's inspection. No staff files or children's files were reviewed since there are currently no staff employed or children enrolled in the preschool program.

Ninveh agreed to notify the Department if the preschool program starts operating in the future.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the center manager, Ninveh Khoshabian. No deficiencies noted during today's inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
