On 11/12/2021 LPA(Licensing Program Analyst) Sabina Dodoo met with center Direcator Laura Garcia to conduct an unannounced random annual inspection. LPA Dodoo was able to complete the site inspection using the care tool kit. The staff files and children's files were reviewed as well. On Monday November 15th LPA Sabina will continue this annual visit at 8:30 am with the center director Laura Garcia.
LPA will complete the staff interview and the final inspection report for another 1 hour.
This Report will be continued on 11/15/2021.
