25 | (#1) Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anna Morales conducted an unannounced Annual Required inspection and was greeted by Director Namrata Vineet Bhalla. Facility's License, Notification of Parents’ Rights Poster, Child Car Seat Law, Personal Rights (LIC 613A), Emergency Disaster Plan, and Earthquake Preparedness Checklist were observed to be posted. The center's operating hours are Monday through Friday from Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Age serve is 2.6 years old to five years old. A disaster drill has not been conducted at this moment. The school just re-opened on 8/23/21.
Currently, the Preschool Program is operating in Rooms:
A1: 23 PR-K students and 2 qualified teachers, room has two toilets
A2: 17 2.5-3 year olds and 2 qualified teachers, room has two toilets
A3: 12 2.5-3 year olds and 1 qualified teacher, room has two toilets
A4: 11 2.5-3 year olds and 1 qualified teacher, room has two toilets
A5: 15 2.5-3 year olds and 2 qualified teachers, room has two toilets
B1: 19 PR-K students and 2 qualified teachers, bathroom is located separately
B2: 23 PR-K students and 2 qualified teachers, bathroom is located separately
B3: 20 PR-K students and 2 qualified teachers, room has one toilet
B4: 22 PR-K students and 2 qualified teachers, has one toilet
B5: 17 PR-K students and 2 qualified teachers, bathroom is located separately
LPA toured the facility both indoor and outdoor. There were no bodies of water observed. Director stated that the facility do not have weapons on the premises. Furniture and equipment were observed to be age appropriate and in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, and other items that are dangerous to
children were stored inaccessible to children. Floors were clean. Outdoor activity spaces are enclosed by fencing and are observed to be free of hazards. LPA observed play equipment were in good condition. Facility provides lunch which is prepared off site and two snacks are prepared at school (page 1) |
