25 | On 11/2/2022 Licensing Program Analysts LPA Stephanie Collins conducted an annual random inspection. Due to COVID- 19 precautionary measures were taken, licensing staff present during inspection wore appropriate personal protective equipment. LPA met with Licensee representative Christi Mkelly and Administer Beth Leary and explained the nature of today's inspection.
LPA toured the inside and outside of facility. LPA observed No children in care, No teaching staff present. Licensee Representative Christi Mkelly and Administer Beth Leary explained the day-care has not been open since the COVID-19 pandemic and they are not sure if or when the facility will re-open.
Licensee representatives are requesting an Inactive child care license status for both the Infant and Preschool Licenses (#434412720 and #434412719) until more definite plans can be made. Licensee Reprehensive Christi Mkelly completed the LIC 9211 (Request for Inactive Child Care License Status). Term of the inactive status was discussed with licensee representative.
Licensee reprehensive was informed the request will be reviewed my management for final review and approval.
At this time, there were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
