Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Macias conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection. The purpose of today’s visit is to ensure the facility is in compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. LPA met with the Director Jacqueline Alkhaseh, and explained the nature of today's visit. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Macias was present today to issue an amended Case Management report. The Case Management inspection completed on June 29, 2022, should have been completed for the preschool license (#434413153). The school age license(#434413878) remains inactive.

As a result of this inspection an amended report was issued, and all timelines for the June 29, 2022 Case Management Inspection remain the same.

No deficiencies cited, exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Jacqueline Alkhaseh.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
