A visit was made by Analyst Behbood to further investigate the above allegation and deliver the finding. Met Angelita, Director. She was informed of purpose of the visit. Staff personnel file reviewed and nap time schedule obtained. Got additional clarification of the program.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
