Licensee Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Collins conducted a subsequent complaint visit and met with Director Tammy Lariz today. The purpose of LPA's visit was to deliver
investigation findings.

On 2/14/2023, LPA met LPA arrived unannounced at the facility and toured the facility, observed children/teacher interaction and interviewed staff.

Based on interviews, four out of four staff who were interviewed stated they did not observe or hear of any incidents where staff handled day care children in a rough manner or staff spoke inappropriately to children in care.

Records were reviewed including roster, personnel report, sign in/sign out sheet, and Incident Reports.

Based on LPA's observation interviews, conducted and records reviewed, the Department determined that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
