Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Samantha Yip conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. LPA met with Director Jennifer Kwong and explained the reason for the inspection. Licensee Kamal Gill arrived around 1:32PM. The purpose of this inspection is the center was cited on 11/16/2023 for not having written permission from parent to have their child enroll in the toddler option. Present during today's inspection were 13 toddlers with two staff and five infants with two staff.

During today's inspection, LPA reviewed children's files. LPA observed that all the children had the written permission in file.

No deficiencies were issued as a result of this inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Kamal Gill. A notice of site visit has been issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
