Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mel Matos met with Stephanie Whitaker, director, for an unannounced case management inspection. LPA observed nine preschool children in the Facility with three staff during today's inspection.

LPA reviewed the following staff files during today's inspection: Vijaya Baskaran (fully qualified teacher), Bhawna Pandey (partially qualified teacher), and Pradeep Kaur (aide with no ECE units).

LPA reminded Stephanie that a fully qualified teacher or director with valid CPR/First Aid certifications needs to be on site at all times.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Stephanie Whitaker. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
