Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Pete Hernandez and Marilou Monico conducted a subsequent site visit to the child care facility to deliver findings on the complaint allegation listed above. LPAs met with Director Nadia Bougachouch, and explained to her the purpose of the inspection.

On 04/27/2023, LPAs Pete Hernandez and Marilou Monico conducted an initial inspection, obtained children’s and staff rosters, and interviewed 7 staff members, including Director.

On 05/01/2023, LPAs conducted parent interviews.

All staff and parents who were interviewed stated they have not seen any staff bullying, intimidating, or any scaring children in care.

Based on LPAs’ observations and interviews conducted, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
An exit interview was conducted, where this report was reviewed with Director Nadia Bougachouch.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED NEAR OR ADJACENT TO THE INTERIOR SIDE OF THE MAIN DOOR INTO THE FACILITY FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
