Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mel Matos met with Wenchi "Maggie" Yen, assistant director, for an unannounced case management inspection.

Maggie states that Yingchia "Eva" Liu, director, is currently out of the country and should be returning shortly. LPA advised Maggie that director paperwork will need to be submitted to the San Jose Child Care District Office if the current director is going to be out for an extended period of time.

LPA also discussed the reporting requirements for Unusual Incident/Injury with Maggie.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Wenchi "Maggie" Yen. No deficiencies issued during today's inspection.

A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
