25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mel Matos met with Lida Sutachan, Licensee, and Manuel Cristancho, Licensee's spouse, for an unannounced case management inspection. LPA arrived at the home today at 3:15 PM and also observed two adult assistants and seven preschool children in the home.
LPA reviewed two staff files during today's inspection. LPA advised Lida and Manuel that they would need to apply for a separate Child Care Center License if they elected to expand beyond Lida's current large Family Child Care Home license in the future. LPA also advised Lida and Manuel that the Department does not allow ownership or financial interest in more than one family child care.
LPA conducted an exit interview and advised the Licensee that no deficiencies issued during today's inspection.
A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, POSTED NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE HOME, AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. |
