The playground area is surrounded by appropriate fencing and the outdoor surfaces are safe. There is resilient material under climbing structures. Shade is provided by canopies, trees, and building overhangs. Drinking water outdoors is available via water pitcher and disposable cups. There is a gardening area designated in the outdoor play ground. Outdoor space will be shared between toddler and preschool program. Licensee had applied for a waiver requesting common use of outdoor space by toddler and preschool program.
