Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, and Licensing Program Manager (LPM), Gladys Kuizon, conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection. LPA and LPM met with Licensee Representative, Aakriti Beri, and CEO, Rahul Beri. The Licensee Representative requested to increase the capacity from 47 to 52 children in the preschool program. The center operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

The following indoor measurements were taken by LPAs Burkett and Doan 01/24/18:

ROOM 2 (24.417 X 21.083) + (16.583 X 7.833) + (15.500 X 22.833) = 998.591

ROOM 3 (11.750 X 11.667) + (11.750 X 11.583) = 273.187

ROOM 4 (23.250 X 9.750) + (5.333 X 2.250) = 238.678

The following measurements were taken during today's inspection:

ROOM 1: (14.92 x 11.58) + (11.92 x 14.17) = 341.68 minus 18.06 (encumbered space) = 323.62

TOTAL INDOOR PRESCHOOL SPACE: 1,834.076 SQ. FT. DIVIDED BY 35 = 52 CHILDREN

The preschool program has 4 sinks (60), 4 toilets (60) and 1 urinal (15) available for the children. There are 60 chairs, 7 tables, 60 cubbies, and 50 mats.

A fire clearance for 52 children was received on 08/03/23.
