Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stephanie Rangel, made an unannounced case Management - Licensee Initiated inspection. LPA met with owner Robert Regan. LPA arrived at the facility to conduct the second attempted inspection to add five more rooms on the preschool license. The rooms have been fire cleared for classrooms since 3/7/19, and are not set up to receive children. Rooms are either nearly empty with just one or two bookcases or partially furnished and without materials. LPA will return at a later date to complete the inspection of the rooms in order to add them to the preschool license.

No deficiencies cited.
