LPA toured the inside and outside of the facility. LPA observed that there is a lock on the cabinet below the sink in School-Age 1 Room, but was not locked. LPA observed that there was a bottle of disinfectant spray under the sink. Director moved the bottle of disinfectant spray. There was also a cabinet, which was locked that had bottles of cleaning supplies. The key was still attached the cabinet. LPA discussed with Director about removing the key. All other disinfectant, cleaning supplies, and other items that could pose a risk to children were observed to be inaccessible to children. There are toys and equipment for children. Bathroom for children allow for individual privacy. There is an additional bathroom for children in the Village, which is currently not being used. LPA discussed with Assistant Director about ensuring that there is at least one toilet and sink for every 15 children enrolled. There is a fully charged fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector.

The outdoor activity area is fenced. Shaded rest area is provided through canopy. There were no bodies of water observed during today's inspection. LPA discussed with Director about having staff check the outdoor space for any animal feces.
