25 | On 01/14/2025 at 1:28pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Farida Raja and Jaimie Gonzales conducted an unannounced case management inspection. LPAs met with Staff, Magdalene (Maggie) Kraintz and explained the purpose of today's visit. Staff stated that Director is not at the facility. LPAs observed an updated Designation of Facility Responsibility (LIC 308) on file. During staff interview, staff stated that Director is present at the facility once a week and not all hours the facility is in operation. Qualified staff was observed to be present during today's inspection.
During today's inspection, LPAs observed 5 children and 2 staff. Facility is operating within ratio requirements. LPAs conducted a facility walk through of the indoor and outdoor areas with Staff.
LPA's reviewed 5 children's files for the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports (LIC 9224) for the Type A deficiency cited on 05/06/2024. LPAs advised Staff to submit a plan of operation to administer incidental medical services to LPA by 01/28/2025.
