Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Janette Cruz met with Consuelo Lomas-Fischer, Interim Director and Weidong Li, Vice President-Facility representative, to conduct an unannounced follow-up complaint investigation and deliver investigation findings. LPA toured indoor and outdoor areas of the faciity. LPA observed ratio of staff with the children were in compliance.

The investigation of the complaint allegation listed in this complaint was conducted by LPA Janette Cruz. Based on evidence gathered, including record/document reviews, and interviews completed for the complaint investigation, it is concluded that although the allegations noted on this complaint may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. The allegations are thus UNSUBSTANTIATED.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Consuelo Lomas-Fischer and Weidong Li, Licensee Representatives.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
