Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Mandeep Kaur met with Director, Michaella Venter for an unannounced follow up complaint investigation. Purpose of today's investigation: deliver investigation findings. LPA conducted observations, reviewed staff files, interviewed staff and random parents during the investigation. LPA toured inside and outside areas of the facility during investigation.

Based on interviews and observations during the investigation process, the department determines that children receive injuries while playing in play area or classrooms, but it is not due to lack of supervision. Therefore, it is concluded that although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
