25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Dung Mac conducted an announced follow up Pre-licensing inspection to the facility today. The initial pre-licensing inspection was completed on December 14, 2021. The Applicant was advised of the following items that needed to be completed prior to a follow-up inspection:
1) Resilient materials to absorb falls under and around the sliding structures.
2) Fence (at least 4 feet high) to separate the infant yard from the preschool yard and fence from the infant program's main entrance.
3) Revised fire clearance for 7 children.
4) At least 5 foot fence to be installed in the area of the swimming outside the windows facing the swimming pool.
LPA inspected indoor and playground area with the Applicant during today's inspection.
Applicant states that daycare children will not be allowed to use the swimming pool.
LPA note that the following items have completed/observed during today's inspection:
1) Areas under and around the sliding structures are cushioned with resilient materials (wooden chips).
2) At least 4 feet fences were installed to separate the infant yard from the preschool yard and fence from the infant program's main entrance.
3) At least 5 feet fence was installed in front of the garage windows. The left end of the fence is close. The right end is connected to the pool gate. The pathway is 5 feet from the wall/windows of the garage to the fence. |
