On February 18, 2020 at 12:25 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, met with Site Director, Amy Rather, for a case management inspection. The tele-inspection was conducted via Zoom Meeting due to Covid-19 pandemic. Site Director was informed that due to Covid-19 pandemic, this Facility Evaluation Report (LIC 809) will be emailed to her (amyr@cbridges.org). Site Director understands that her reply to the email within 24 hours will serve as acknowledgement that the report was received.

Site Director guided LPA on a tour of the facility both inside and outside via Zoom Meeting. LPA observed two staff members supervising eight children in the classroom.

There were no deficiencies cited.

NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED. SITE DIRECTOR WAS INFORMED TO POST THE NOTICE IN A VISIBLE LOCATION OF THE DAY CARE FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS.
