Lincensing Program Analsyt Behbood conducted a scheduled tele-inspection to measure room #1 due to licensee's requesting to care for children from 6 to 24 months. Currently licensee is licensed to care for children ages 12 to 24 months. Tele-inspection was conducted via Face time with Lorena Gonzalez, Program Director. Licensee created an enclosed nap area in room #1 to accommodate 2 cribs for children under 1 year old. The measurement for enclosed nap are is
9 X 7 = 63 SQ

Room number 1 perviously measured on 10/16/18 is:
18.917 X 26.583 = 502.870 sq ft minus 14.609 ( encumbered space) = 488.261

Adding the 63 SF (crib area) to existing 14.609 encumbered space equals to 77.609

Today's measurement for Room #1 minus new encumbered 77.609 is:
18.917 X 26.583 = 502.870 sq ft minus 77.609 ( encumbered space) = 425.261 divided by 35 = 12 children.

Additional change made to facility is dividing the current playground that was shared with their toddler program by dividing the yard with wooden fence.

Total yard measurement for infant is:
37.667 X 32 = 1,205,344 minus encumbered (shed) 81.367 = 1,123.977 divided by 75 = 14.9

Per today's measurement of room #1 the facility has enough space, after creating nap area in room 1, to care for 8 children ages 6 to 24 months in room 1.
During today's visit RAST was also conducted.
