Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Dung Mac and Mel Matos met with Kimberlee Biagini, Administrative Director, for an unannounced case management inspection in response to a request received by the Department to decrease the licensed capacity from 16 to 15 school-age children. Facility also has licensed Preschool program (#444408854) on the same premises. The school-age program is operating Monday to Friday from 12:30PM to 5:30PM, serving children ages 5-8 years old in the school-age room (downstairs).

LPAs toured inside and outside of the facility during today’s inspection. The children's bathroom is located upstairs and is labeled "School-Age Only". LPAs observed that there was 1 toilet and 1 sink in the upstairs bathroom and 1 portable sink outside the classroom. LPAs observed a separate staff bathroom which is also located upstairs. Staff bathroom can be utilized by sick children if necessary.

LPAs observed 2 fenced playgrounds and locked storage shed. Kimberlee stated that the school age program uses the same outdoor space as the preschool program. Outdoor space is used during the preschool's nap time (12:30PM- 1:30PM). A copy of the waiver for shared playground is on file. Shade is provided by trees and canopies. LPAs did not observe any bodies of water.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Kimberlee Biagini, Administrative Director. Kimberlee was advised that a license for 15 school-age children will be submitted for the final stage of review upon receiving the updated indoor and outdoor sketches.
