32 | During today's inspection, staffing ratios were being met and there were two children were being supervised by two teachers/aides. The facility was operating within the licensed capacity. At least one staff member present during the visit the Site Supervisor possessed current CPR and First Aid certifications which expires on 8/13/20. Nine out of nine children’s records were reviewed at 9:00 am, and contained identification forms with authorized representative information, as well as medical assessments. Three out of three staff records were reviewed at 9:10 am and contained health screening forms. The sign in/out procedure was reviewed and in compliance. This facility is not currently providing Incidental Medical Services (IMS) to children, though they have a plan place if any new enrolled children require the service. The Department’s IMS policy was discussed with the Site Supervisor. (LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.)
