13 | A subsequent complaint investigation visit was conducted at the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Emilia Grisak and Patricia Pacheco. It has been alleged that the facility is not clean and sanitary; specifically, that a child smeared feces on a playhouse that was in the facility's outside play area and it was not cleaned by staff. LPA Pacheco met with the licensee on 06/07/19 and discussed the allegation. The licensee stated that there was an incident about a month ago where a child smeared feces from their diaper onto one of the playhouses in the outside play area. The licensee stated that the playhouse was removed from the play area and was cleaned with bleach. The licensee stated that the playhouse was moved to an inaccessible area of the playground until it can be more thoroughly cleaned. During the initial inspection conducted on 06/10/19, LPAs observed that there are two playhouses that are both located in the lower portion of the play yard which has been barricaded by a half wall and larger toys in order to make it inaccessible to children in care. LPA’s examined all the playhouses and did not observe any evidence of feces being smeared on any of them.
