25 | On 2/12/24 at 11:03am, an annual inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Mendez and Friese. At 11:40am the home was toured inside and outside. The licensee was supervising 3 children, and operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility’s operating hours are 6am-7pm, Monday–Friday. The floor plan submitted by the licensee was reviewed and verified. The off-limits areas of the home are the entire house and licensee operates in a childcare room. The entire house is made inaccessible by gated door. The children use the back yard as the outdoor play area and it is fully fenced. There is a seasonal creek beyond the backyard. The licensee has a waiver on file for window alarms, and the terms of the waiver are being met.
Five children's records were reviewed at 11:13 am. Two staff records were reviewed at 11:24am. There are currently two adults living in the home.
There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.
