25 | On 1/21/2021 at 11:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) N. Cunningham conducted a case management inspection. The inspection is in response to the licensee requesting approval of recently modified fencing which borders a nearby creek. The chain length fence is at least 5' high and does not obscure the creek from view. The bottom of the fence is no more than 2" from the ground. There are areas close to multiple gates that have openings wider than regulation allows. Licensee Merel stated children are not currently using the front or back yard and will not do so until the fencing meets regulation. LPA observed door locks and window latches to prevent access to the front and back yard areas. This report was reviewed and discussed with the licensee. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.
