A case management inspection was conducted at the facility by Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Kirk Marks in response to an increase capacity application received by the Department on 6/25/2021. The licensee is requesting an increase in the preschool license capacity from 163 to 170 children. This is a preschool with a toddler option. Licensee requested that the toddler option be removed from the license. The license is increasing capacity by adding Room 5B and attached outdoor play area. The license includes rooms 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 7 and building 2. There have been no other changes to the previous floor plan or outdoor yard plan. During today's inspection, room 5B measured for 23 children. Based on the fire clearance obtained on 8/10/2021 the total capacity of the facility is approved for 170 children. There are an additional 2 sinks and 1 toilet to be added to the facility. The outdoor preschool play yard measures for a capacity of 47. During today's visit, the facility was operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements. The facility was toured and inspected. No deficiencies were observed.

The increase capacity to 170 preschool children is granted.

This report was reviewed and discussed with the facility director. All licensing reports are public information and must be made available upon request for at least three years.
