25 | On 5/31/2023 at 1:30pm, a Required - 1 Year inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez. This program is operated by a Title 5 funded program. The facility operates during the migrant season, 5:00am - 5:00pm, Monday–Friday. The facility was toured at 9:55am inside and outside and the floor and yard plan submitted by the licensee were verified. The inspection was done in conjunction with the preschool and infant/toddler programs.
During today's inspection no school-age children were present. There are no pools or bodies of water on the premises. The outdoor activity space was cushioned with wood chips and free of hazards.
Five children's records were reviewed at 12:45pm. Three staff records were reviewed at 2:10pm.
Site Supervisor Silvia Contreras was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
