The facility inspection for the capacity increase was conducted on October 16, 2020. The classroom construction was competed, however the outdoor play area was still under construction. The outdoor play area has now been completed and this facility evaluation report was conducted to approve the capacity increase due to the Covid-19 state of emergency pandemic. The department has suspended field operations and the applicant LPA spoke with staff Alena Castillo regarding the completion of the capacity increase. She indicated that the outdoor play area is completed but there is small landscaping that is needed to wrap up the project. The center is currently closed due to the school district closure due to Covid-19. The school district will meet in February to determine if the center can be reopened or if it will remained closed.

The capacity increase from 144 children to 216 children is approved at of 11/30/2020.

A new license will be issued to the facility.
